IMPORTANT NOTES:
All orders will be ready for pick up on December 1st 3-6pm in the cafeteria.
All orders and money are due by Friday, November 4th.
·    Do NOT collect sales tax.
·    Checks:
      o   Square 1 Art checks made payable to Square 1 Art
      o   Yankee Candle checks made payable to Richmond School PTO  (There is a $15 fee for returned checks).
·        Include your phone number & name on order form in case of questions.
·        Additional orders forms available in school office and on the PTO website.
·        Profits from this fundraiser will be used to defray the cost of school field trips.
