PTO Nominations will be held at our next PTO Meeting May 21, 2014

We will have 2 openings for board members for 2014-2015.

Vice President 
Gina Brown has decided to leave this position after 2 years.  She is looking forward to enjoying her son's last year at Richmond Elementary. The duties of Vice President include overseeing the committee system of the PTO, assisting the President, and chairing meetings in the absence of the President. If you have any additional questions Gina will be happy to speak to you.  hygina@msn.com.

Treasurer
Jen Gillis will be leaving this position.  She has started  a new financial business called Accounting Matters, LLC.  The Treasurer position will need to be filled by someone with some kind of financial background.  The duties of the Treasurer include serving as custodian of the PTO’s finances, collecting revenue, paying authorized expenses,
reporting financial activity every month, preparing year-end financial report, facilitating an annual audit, and holding all financial records.  If you have any additional questions Jen will be happy to speak to you. jennifergillis1205@yahoo.com
